We engineered out all the hassles. If you are not satisfied with your Eargo devices, simply contact us within 45 days and we'll issue a refund. We want you to have the right solution. If we're not it, no worries. We can still be friends.

Eargo 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for whatever reason you aren't 100% happy with your Eargo devices, you can return them to us within 45 days for a refund. It's very simple and there are no hassles. Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receipt, provided that they are still in good condition.

Warranty
Eargo 12 Month Warranty
All Eargo devices come with a full 12 month manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The warranty will not be valid if an Eargo device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Eargo.

L&D Warranty
Loss & Damage Warranty
Eargo devices also come with a Loss and Damage Warranty - if you lose one or both of your Eargo devices, or if it is damaged beyond repair (for instance, if your dog eats it. Yes, this happens - dogs like the smell of Eargo apparently), just give us a ring and we will send you a new device at a reduced cost.

This is a special warranty in addition to the normal 12-month warranty against defects, but we only offer this Loss & Damage Warranty once per device, so please tell your dog to stick to his dog food.
